Every fall we travel to University Chaplain Joe Eldridge's Cabin in the Shenandoah. We leave on Friday evening, usually around 6 p.m. and return the next day on Saturday afternoon, usually around 6 p.m.
That Friday evening is usually spent getting to know one another, building a campfire, making s'mores, and just hanging out. The following morning, we will make breakfast, gather for a time of reflection and sharing, and then go out to experience the beauty of the surrounding countryside: either a hike near Old Rag or a climb up to the falls of White Oak Canyon.
The retreat is free of charge and is open to everyone.
