Chaplain Interns
Every year, the community is served by chaplain interns from Wesley Theological Seminary who are studying for and preparing for ministry. The interns generally assist with program, service projects, retreats, and with the United Methodist Student Fellowship.

Our current Chaplain Intern is Jonathan Tanner, a second-year seminarian from Wesley Theological Seminary. Jonathan can be contacted in the part-time chaplains office at (202) 885-3329, or via e-mail at intern@

The AU United Methodist-Protestant Community is an open and ecumenical fellowship for all students, faculty, and staff regardless of age, race, gender, ability, sexual orientation, denomination, or religious background.
